Everbody Could Use a Little Extra— Our IRIS Ally Family has your back.

Courage on the Go, Freedom to stay Free.
IRIS Ally operates off of Consumer Cellular’s wireless network, so you aren’t bound to a Wi-Fi connection or hub located in your home. Consumer Cellular offers the exact same, reliable, nationwide wireless coverage as the largest carriers.

Helping You Where Falls Happen Most.
Falls and slips happen most often when we are at our most vulnerable— in the shower. IRIS Ally is water resistant for just this instance. Whether in the shower or out on a walk in the rain, IRIS Ally won’t succumb to the elements.

IRIS Ally is Flexible for Your Style—Wear it Where it Works For You.
Wear IRIS Ally around your neck with the provided lanyard or on your hip with the provided clip—whichever your preference, both options provide the best functionality from the device.

Frequently Asked Questions
Test your device monthly by pressing the Help Button and placing a test call to the monitoring center to ensure it’s working properly.
If you accidentally press the help button, press and hold again to cancel the call. Emergency first responders like fire or EMT will not automatically show up at your door if you accidentally make a call.
Your IRIS Ally uses GPS and cellular technology to identify your location and communicate. The IRIS Ally’s location, service availability, and other issues may disrupt calling the Emergency Response Center.
In the event there is no cellular coverage, the IRIS Ally will flash red while wearing the device. If the call cannot be placed due to no cellular connection the device will announce, “Call failed”, try again. Attempt to place the call again or move to an area with better cellular service.
